Impressive, Bob. I especially note the very good overhead lighting and (speaking as a 6’7" man in his 60s who is finding duck unders and even nod-unders to be a barrier to layout enjoyment) lots of headroom.

The street view with the bus is particularly nice, and transparent and large protections against hands and elbows, at least one of which follows the curve of the fascia, are interesting to me. What material?

Dave, that clear protection on the facia is 1/8" Lexan. We had discussed both 1/4 and the 1/8". the advantages of the thinner is much less cost, bends quite easily, easier cuting/ drilling and as a bonus, found that it’s somewhat “weak” nature would allow protection but will flex when pulled upon. I notice that young ones will only lightly hold the plastic not chin themselves up on it. The 1/4" plexiglas was used on our old layout and kids would hang on it or pull up to get a better look.
