Hi guys I wanted to see if I still remember how to post pictures to this website . Right now there is snow covering parts of my railway . It was real heavy and wet so I didn’t bother to get out the plow . Looking forward to getting some winter pictures soon . By the way my name is Mike . Blueaster is the name of the street I live on .
Hi Mike,
Thanks for the shot. I enjoy seeing pics. here. Got snow on my line too. Came down wet and froze to the rails. Can’t plow ice! Oh well…can play indoors until Spring. Later eh…Brian.

Brian,
You desperately need to become a “Winter Texan!” I know many a Canadian who escape, you could buy a small ( a few acres) out here in South Texas and have a summer and winter layout over both borders.
Capt.,
My sister is wintering in Corpus Christi! Maybe we should follow??? Nah…REAL Canadians just grin and bear it. Besides it helps me to REALLY appreciate Summer. For me this stupid snow is what helps to make Christmas more enjoyable. Sledding, hot chocolate, put the kids to bed, and WARM UP! [;)] Later eh…Brian. [:D]
In Corpus Christi Proper, or the surrounding area? Now you’ve done it, Brian…Now every female Winter Texan I see I will wonder if it is your sister.[:)]
Well, I wish I knew of snow…all I have ever seen via the cold is sleet…which really is miserable. But I do admire the concept of “warming up.”
