What’s a good site to purchase a NEW kato sd40-2 in HO scale online. It seems that discounttrains does not have that particular model & my LHS does not carry kato in HO scale. Kinda thinking I could find something a little cheaper than buying it direct. Thanks.
Try Discount Model Trains in Addison, TX. Phone # 972-931-8135. It is a LHS, but they also do mail order. I was in there last week and they had some NEW in box Kato SD40-2s for approximately $67.95 on special. I’m not sure of the road name they have left for this price, but they are the first production. They also have the current model, which are also discounted from retail price. They are very helpful. Good luck.
