How does one make a 45 degree angle cut lengthwise along the edge of a plastic sheet for forming corner joints on model structures?
If the sheet is thin you may be better off overlaying one sheet with the other. If you really need the bevel try this: Get a 45 degree angle, like the square/angle part of a combination square. Place one edge down on the work surface, attach a piece of sandpaper to the work surface, and hold the sheet against the angle and sandpaper and sand to a 45. I havn’t tried this myself, but I’ve done something similar to get a 90 on thick kit building walls.
Hope this helps!

TMan,

Where it says “Entire Site” and has a drop down button, you can choose “Forum” to limit the search here.
