It just means that it will look OK on both O and S layouts. A plasticville barn may look small, the houses look OK, and your covered bridge is fine (sizes of real ones vary). Joe
Just for your info; Plasticville caters to Lionel & American Flyer size trains with their buildings which are closer to 1/55 scale. Some older or antigue Plasticville can bring some money at online selling sites or at train shows.

I wanted to get one of those Plasticville bridges. But there is no place to put one on our layout.
