A friend who lives adjacent to CN track in SE Michigan has recieved a letter from attorney seeking to represent him in condemnation of his house for some rail project. Has anyone one this forum heard of such a project? Last mention I can find is 2014 and it was about upgrading track to 110 MPH. Thanks for any input.
