Mr Norton, good point. Why are these vandals allowed to deface private property and nothing is done.
Jim, you would have liked a BNSF train on the UP San Antonio - Houston main. Not a single tag on any piece of equipment. Of course the fact that 80% of the train was tanks with a build dates of Aug 15 my have been a factor.
Did I miss something in the article? I didn’t see anything specific about railroads at the port getting some of the grant funding. Sounds like just a statement of FEMA distributing funds.
