I think you are seeing cached results that don;t get truly updated until nightly indexing takes place. Since it doesn;t show up on the right any more, I really don;t care. Last time it listed it on the right, I was second behind Jeffrey, and unless he quits posting for a year, no one’s ever catching him. Once you get to a few dozen or maybe 100 or so, you’ve pretty much established your reputation, so it really doesn’t matter. It’s those first few, the first impression - are you someone new who needs some help in the hobby, or are you just signing up to complain about something offered for free? Beyond that, length of memebership means at least as much, if you actually contribute and don;t just lurk all the time.
This is from a sophisticated Google app that knows when you will pass on. It takes your average number of posts per day, divides your days left by the numbeer of posts on average, and when you are within 30 days of ‘expiring’, your post count is actually the number of posts you have left.
I wish I knew. Mine has gone to zero several times now. I posted an inquiry in the mods report area and it got kicked upstairs. Last I heard (today) they’re checking it out.
