I will volunteer to become a moderator. Currently I am trying to get some of my questions answered on the "track planning " topic, then I can start planning, but it probably will be a while before I actually start to build my layout, so now I spend a lot o f time on the forum, and I wouldn’t mind the extra work.

A lock is the last resort-not use as a jackboot moderating tactic.

Nothing looks uglier then a forum with lots of lock topics. I found it best to delete the offending post(s) and then send a warning and if the member doesn’t see the error of his ways then proceed to lock his membership for 30 days.

Takes loads of common sense and solid judgment to be a moderator.
