Looks pretty good! That price is fantastic though! Lionel Beat Williams Bachman at their own game! If they (Lionel) are making money on these trains, they could do some damage to Bachman. On the other hand if they are making money on these, they are making a LOT of money on all their other stuff! I still wish that had an electro- mechanical reverse unit. I am assuming the electronic reverse in these is the normal one that always starts in forward. This will keep you from running with older units (not that that is a big problem, but it may annoy some).
Out of curiosity, is there the normal made in China tags anywhere?

I think these sets will change the path of the hobby…
Anyway does the loco have magne-traction. I sure would like to see the nickel tires if not.
Think i might have to buy some…First new production train i would have ever bought.
Dont suppose anyone has a picture of the loco guts?
They’re supposed to have Magne-traction & traction tires.
