hey ya’ll… thought i would start a thread for people to post any recent photos or old photos they have taken of their layouts !!! any and all photos welcome…

dont be shy !!!

OK, I’ll bite! Here is the southern end of the layout. When the weather is nice, its great haveing the door open. Makes for a great view

This picture is of my main yard looking from the “south end” up to the “north end”.

This wall I bult a week ago as a quick wood scratchbuild project. First time for that! Figured I start with something easy. Pretty jazzed on how it came out. Still need some more scenery work to finish it off.

So there! Hopefully some other will put someit. There is some incredible layout on here[8D]

Well here is a few shots of my old 5’X10’

great pics guys… keep’em comin

I’ll help the topic out a bit… Here’s a couple of the backdrops I have been working on:

Zaduck Arthur’s old homestead lies in ruins. Burned in 1847. They built a new house down the hill.

A thunderstorm brews in the Finger lakes. This area is being completely resceniced.

Pictures and article on Cooley’s Ice house are now being featured here (my 15 minutes of fame [;)] ) http://www.nmra.org/scratch_cooley.html

Here are a couple pictures of my H16-44

It has functional class lights which you can see in the picture

And one of my layout

Mines on my photobucket getting more pics by the day

Great looking backdrop Ray!

Here are my most recent projects, a few discontinued Walthers kits that have been sitting on a shelf in my garage for the past 5 years.

First, a kitbashed coal floodloader - used as a coke bunker on my steel mill layout:

Next, I assembled a Walthers Tri-State Power Authority building for use as a “bag house” (dust collection facility) to connect to the downcomber pipe on one of my steel mill’s furnace buildings. It’s kind of hard to see in the first picture since it is the same color as the huge ‘main’ building behind it, the 2nd and 3rd photos show the downcomber pipe going into it:

It had better be high nose, that’s all thy had up until the SD50. I also have a GP50, and a SD35. All n scale of course.[:)]

A few pics from my N scale point to point Allegheny & Cumberland.

Ok let me try this again.http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f194/Roxytronix/Bridgecrossing.jpg

Now I gotta figure out how posting these pictures work. I should have posted 6 in total

Any pictures? OK, here we are: The Springsfield Turn eases onto a passing track near the Lost Mine community on the my Cedar Branch & Western layout.

i built everything out of real earth rocks and wood. The coal building is actually from a photo in Geoff knott’s leigh creek layout, i used wood from a pallet cut down with my trusty bandsaw , its built from scratch as is the wood trestles bridges. I have some other good pics of the layout from a whole perspective somewhere , ill find them asap. Not bad for a first layout, this next one is gonna be way better i hope.

Wow!! Nice looking layouts guys!!

Wow!

Well, I’m going to have fun loading all of these photos onto my new memory stick. These photos are great references for layout building and planning.

High Greens and thank you all! [:D][8D][4:-)][C=:-)][C):-)][tup]

Here is two beautiful pictures of the new SD70ACe Union Pacifics

I haven’t any new photos to post but there is a complete overview of my Black River Valley Model Railroad, layout, structures, locomotives and some rolling stock on my website. The link is in my signature. Enjoy!

Why is a BNSF pulling a Canadian Pacific?? If ANYTHING the CP should be pulling the BNSF. Since I am just starting MR’ing I thought only CP’s go with CP’s and BNSF’s go with BNSF’s. Are they really able to pull eachother??
