is there a way for me to post a picture from MS paint onto the form? i cant figure it out.

Photos must be hosted in an online web album. I use Photobucket - www.photobucket.com who offer a free service. Get a membership, upload you photos on their site, copy the IMG info they place below the photo you want to post, and copy it into your message. Simple as that!
