Precision Craft N scale E7 diesel video

Nice sounds, powerfull horn. Would like to have heard at a much faster speed

Sounds great, sounds bigger, sound in N scale wow!!

I’ve been in N guage (that’s what we used to call it) since the beginning (around 1967)you know, back in the days when they had telephone booths. The detail was not too good on many of the available models and many did not run very well. But one of the endearing aspects of the scale was its miniaturization. Now, because of the marvels of electronics and precision injection molding we have a total package. Marvelously detailed models, that can be remotely/independantly controlled and have a excellant sound system in them. I never thought i"d see this day. This is great. Thank you

Sonded great, but the engine operation did not appear smooth in the video. Could have been the vieo. I would want to operate one first prior to purchase

Look out HO… N scale has taken a major step.

I would have liked to hear the “talk” beween the engineer and the tower otherwise I can’t wait for my reserved 4-8-2 M1b steamer with DCC to become available. N Scale with sound rules!!! Gene

Nice sound. If I was an N-gauger I’d probably want one.

Great sound particularly out of an N scale body- operation seemed pretty good and the paint/detailing was nice…except for those badly oversized roof antennae- their heft really detracts from the rest of the model.

sounds and looks beautiful!

Impressive sounds for its size! The roof antenna is a little over-powering.

wonderful, I will procede to add at my roster

I’ve finally seen what all N-scalers were waiting for SOUND!!!

Beautful effects. the sound is superb!

Next time I’ll visit the states I’ll buy one - these sound capabilities definitley put it on top of my shopping list! But I want to see it running first.

Sounds good can’t wait to see what they can do with todays power.

When a friend of mine started modeling in N scale I opted for the bigger HO because I didn’t believe good sound would ever be available in the small scale. Boy was I wrong. My next layout size is going to be a tough decision!!!

I watched a pair of them run at the 2nd annual “N scale weekend” in Bedford Pa. (A good event which will hopefully continue). They do move more smoothly than the video suggests, and the sound is what you are hearing. It’s not that loud not only because of the small speakers but because the prototype was not a relatively noisy engine. I am definitly excited by the sound however and would like to hear the engine throttled up and down a bit, and mostly want to hear the Alco PA when it becomes available as the PA had a really loud obnoxious turbocharged motor that smoked so much when thrttled up they shoud add this feature also!

I have both the DC and DCC versions and they do look great. I found them to run kind of rough when new (at least compaired to Kato) but I am hoping they will smooth out after they have some track time. Otherwise they are very cool and look good pulling the Zephyrs.
