Precision DC Master Analog Control

I have 2 BLI steam locomotives that I run on DC. The Precision control modual that I purchased works fine. If I purchased a Bachmann K-4, would I be able to operate it’s functions using the Precision Control? Thyanks for anyone’s help with this que. tion. John Zimmerman
