The Video and sound keep cutting off. This never happened on he old web page. My Computer has 7 g memory, a quad processor and windows 7. What’s wrong?
Me too. My computer apx the same as yours.
Can’t see videos (all black) since you changed your website. It sucks. I followed your instructions. It didn’t help. Go back to the old website page format.

EXCELLENT NO PROBLEM VIEWING GOOD INFO
Same here. I have DSL. The problem is likely due to higher resolution video, needing higher speeds than your internet connection provides. Work around: immediately pause the video, wait for about half the download to complete then run the video. You can see how much is downloaded by a slightly darker gray on the sliding play bar that shows the run time.
Why would I have to install JW viewer to see the video? Can not see it. I have a very fast internet connection so that is not the problem. Running Windows 7 and IE 11.
I checked with our online publishing people, Jon, and they say that JW viewer is the system that actually plays the video. They said it should download automatically, but speculate that it is blocked on your end (I’m guessing a firewall or maybe cookie blocking). If you are prompted to download it and there is a button to do so, go ahead.
