I’m thinking there must be some website that allows you to print out a brick wall, or a cliff or signs/ billboards for the layout. I’ve googled it every way I can think of but find nothing. Anyone know of such a site or am I wishful thinking?

A good question for which I don’t have a good reply.
I have made several searches on the internet for ‘store fronts’. It was my intention to use pictures of store fronts mounted behind the windows of my models. I thought that would be easier than trying to install detailed interiors. Only found ONE example of a store front that was composed correctly, but the windows were dark in the photo, so it wouldn’t have been of much use.
At some time, I intend to take some digital pictures of store fronts in the downtown area where I live. Many of the store fronts in town have glass windows and are lit at night, even if the store is closed.
You might want to experiment with taking your own pictures of the things you want. Try to take the picture “head on” to the subject. Pictures taken from an angle are difficult to work with in getting them straight and square. Watch out for shadows on your subject. Shadows don’t seem like much when you are looking at something but the camera captures the image, shadow and all. If your modeling scene doesn’t have exactly the same lighting, it won’t look right on your layout.
