Private cars on California Zephyr

Hi everyone, I’ve just returned home from a little train watching this evening. On todays(Friday, April 14) westbound California Zephyr that left Chicago about 2PM, there are two private varnish cars on the end of the train. The first one is a Northern Pacific / Vista dome car that looked like it might have been converted into a sleeper of some kind. The second private car, at the very end of the CZ , was a Louisville and Nashville / pullman car / “Oliver Hazard Perry”.
Does anyone know anything about these two cars? Who owns them? Are they for rent or are they strictly the owners private means of traveling the rails?

I did see both of them today on Number 5 myself and it looked like a big group of people in them.
