problem with a building

hey guys

I was building a warhouse and ran into a problem, when I put the roof on there was a gap between the roof and the wall, how can this be fixed? I thought about putty but would that just mess things up and look worse?

any ideas? and If I would use putty what kind would I get?

How big is the gap? Are the walls put together right at the corners? Is the roof part of the kit? If the building is nearly square, turn the roof 90 degrees and see if it fits better that way. I am assuming that the kit is plastic. Is the roof also plastic or is it cardboard?
If the roof is cardboard, it will have a tendency to shrink with changes in the weather and humidity.

Depending on the gap, will painting it fill that in? I have taken some evergreen styrene and ran and edge around the roof were it meets the wall, I used to do roofing when I was younger and remember seeing that. Also I use sandpaper as the actual roofing material and that usually can be cut to fit.

the roof is plastic and yeas it is put together correct, its all from the same kit. but when I put it togetehr I came up with a slight gap.

If it’s only a slight gap (less than 1/16th inch) you might be able to fill it with gap-filling CA glue or caulking. Unless you can find caulking of the exact same color as the roof, it will need to be painted after it sets for a couple of days.
