Hello everybody I was trying to load the files for the UP Geneva Sub, it loaded but then it said unable to find dispacthers layout file. If you guys have ever resolved this problem please let me know. Thank You, and Happy Railroading.

I’ve tried helping you with ATCS Monitor before, but received no reply, not even a “thank you” despite all the time I spent. I suggest posting your ATCS related questions on the ATCS Monitor Yahoo Group that you’re a member of. I’m sure you’ll find the help you need there.

I’m sorry if I let you down all the information is useful. You know I wacthed your three part video of how you got the file of Rochelle on ATCS and I noticed that you didn’t have a problem with loading the file at all, plus you had an XP computer working the file. I have a Vista computer, and on the main website it said that ATCS is compatible to Vista I don’t know why it worked for you, and not for me. Anyway I want to say thank you for helping me with all this info on ATCS. I know how much work you put into it, and I apperciate it. HAPPY TRAIN WATCHING Ted!

Sorry, I can’t help you with Vista. Don’t want Vista. Will resist converting to Vista as long as it takes. I don’t know if there are any incompatibility issues with Vista. I only know that there are with Mac. Nonetheless I’m inclined to believe that problem is not with your operating system but that you may not have have loaded the proper files, if any, into your UP Geneva Sub profile.
Go back and read the step by step instructions I wrote for creating a profile and verify that you followed each step. If you still have problems, contact me off-list and I will give you my phone number. Talking you through it would be much easier. Also, I highly advise becoming active on the ATCS Monitor Yahoo Group Message Board. I think you’ll find all the answers you’ll ever need over there.
Most guys here just don’t seem very interested in ATCS. Perhaps it’s over their heads or maybe they have Macs. Either way it’s too bad as I’m sure you’ve discovered how much it enhances your railfanning enjoyment. Just wait until you discover assigning sound rules to trigger each time a certain signal goes green or a train passes a certain wayside MCP. I have various train horn .wav files that serve as audible indicators that a train is approaching. That’s something I didn’t know about when I created the three part video you watched. Contact me and I’ll share that with you too.
Ted, I have tried several times to join the ATCS yahoo group several times and never get a response. Any tips on getting aboard? I have the ATCS and would like to add some territorys. Also could you please PM me (don’t e-mail) a copy of your instructions? I have several profiles
