I recently replaced a pair of Atlas Code 80 switches on my N Scale layout and noticed a rather annoying little glitch with two of them. The throw bar has a small, rectangular piece of plastic between the point rails. This piece of plastic is either too wide or too tall and was causing some of my rolling stock to derail.
An easy solution (or at least a solution) was to take my Dremel and cut a channel into each end of the offending plastic piece. This seems to have done the job. Has anybody else had this problem?
