Programming of MTH HO K-4

I have problems programming my new MTH HO K-4. I’m using Digital Plus LH100 Command Control. When I try to program the engine, message of “error 2” comes up and nothing happens. Anyone have this problem before and how to solve this problem?

That’s the Lenz DCC system, yes? Does your Lenz manual mention anything about “error 2”?
