I have a Proto 2000 Heritage 2-8-8-2 Steam Loco in HO scale. It came with a screw missing; one that holds the valve gear to the wheel. It is Life-Like number B434. I contacted Life-Like and was told emphatically - NO. They wouldn’t service me. They were NOT very nice. The loco has been on display for about 2 or so years but now I want to resell it and can’t until it is back to normal. Can anyone help me find a repair screw? (and maybe a small hex driver that I can use for the install of the screw!)

SURPRSED their parts dept. cannot supply. Perhaps they can give you a description. I think most train repair department would have Metric’s.
You are obviously out of warrantee.
