Prototype information RE: distillery operations

Many years ago, I recall reading an article (MR?) about railroading operations at a Kentucky bourbon distillery - how the plant received raw materials via rail, transported materials from one area of the plant to another, shipped out product, etc. I have searched the various indices, but can’t seem to find this article. Can anyone help? Thanks!

There is an article in the April 2003 Trains magazine, by Ron Flanary, about operations on the Louisville & Nashville’s Bardstown Branch, which served several distilleries.
