I have a PTC III stepper motor turntable controller from N Y Railway Supply. I bought it some time ago and installed it. I turned my attention to other areas of the layout so the turntable had not been used for a while and when I recently went to use it I couldn’t program it.
I contacted Jack at NYRS and he told me to send the controller to him. They repaired it for free and even paid return shipping. I had my unit back in less than 10 days and now my turntable is happy!
Just wanted to give credit when a manufacturer stands behind their product!
