My Wife and her Sister in Law and yours truly were going to New Mexico on vacation.
We briefly stopped in Childress so I could take a pitcure of their preserved FW&D Pacific in the City Park.
Right as I’m taking the pitcure,a BNSF Freight comes by!!
Wound up getting both old and new in the same shot!!

Since Railpictures.net was brought up, for anyone who may not know, it’s a great place to get reference pictures for your layouts (especially if you can’t make it out to the location yourself).
Hey, I kind of have a shot of my truck too with some darn train just having to get in the shot too.
There must be a government dept. somewhere to handle these outrages incursions. I wonder how many forum members have been taking photos of their loved ones, or family members for that matter only to have a train wonder into the picture.[:(!]
