A number 0 or number 1 Philips will do the job, I just happened to be swapping couplers this morning on a few Atlas cars I picked up yesterday.
They are called Jeweler’s screwdrivers. Usually come in a set like Micromark #28106. They include a 3/64", 5/64", 3/32" and 1/8" flat blade and #0 and #1 phillips. If you are into model railroading this is a must.
They are cheap to buy as well. I think my set cost me around 4 bucks Canadian.
You can pick up a set of those jeweler’s screwdrivers at Walmart for just a few bucks.
Definately a must!
Sears also has a line of these in their Craftsman name. Set #45736 has 5 sizes of common tip, 0, 00, and 000 size phillips, and Torx 6, 7, 8, and 9. They’re also available in open stock.
PS: The Torx type will also work in small spline type allen screws.
