Look Q351 has Foreign Power http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=305594&nseq=9 Not my picture.

Q351 does not frequently have foreign power anymore, now that it only operates as a Selkirk - Willard train. The BNSF power that it has in this photo, was relayed from Q380. Generally Q351 does not handle this power (rather, it has CSX units). Presumably the power will be set out at Willard (where the train terminates), and added to the consist of westbound Q393. Also of note, Q385 and Q383, which frequently had BNSF power (out of Cicero), have been annulled. Not sure why, but the Q368 and Q389 now handle their business. Probably a sign of the economy, although I’m unsure.
