Quarter Inch Scale

I am trying to determine the closest scale (O, HO, etc.) to “Quarter Inch Scale”. I purchased a Forks Creek Station Kit #2002 manufactured by The Structure Company several years ago and the box says that it is quater inch scale. The sizes of the pieces look close to “O” scale, but I’m not positive. Can anyone help? Thanks

O scale is 1/4 inch equals a foot and S scale 3/16th inch = 1 foot do not know about HO

O is also 1:48 ratio and S is 1:64 and ho is close to 1:87 some times you see something noted 1/43 it should actulay shuold be 1:43

HO is 3.5mm to the foot, FYI. That’s half of British O scale, which is 7mm to the foot (1:43). If you’ve ever wondered why there are so many 1:43 diecast vehicles out there, that’s why. 1:43s were originally sold for British train layouts, then they became popular in their own right.
