Why not ask the seller? That is an unusual road name for a production model. Could it be a custom paint job? It may have started life as an undec.
I suspect it is one the owner painted for “his” railroad also. never heard of it before and the name doesn’t ring true for a real railroad.
To me it looks like a custom painted Lifelike Proto 2000 GP7/9. But it being a Canadian paintscheme, it could have been made by Lifelike Canada.
QNS&L is a Canadian Railroad - the C&NW bought a lot of used GP7’s from them in the 70’s. Nice paint scheme as well. I suspect it is a factory paint job from Life-Like Canada…
Jim
it is from LifeLike Canada , unfortunately their website doesn’t have photos and dosen’t list the road number in the description of the model
list price for the GP-7 is $160.32 (canadian)
go to http://www.hobbycraft.com/home.php and enter quebec in the search box
you might have to get in touch with lifelike canada to find out when the model was produced
