Here a while back, I thought I saw a BNSF locomotive in an odd paint scheme. The unit was a former ATSF Bluebonnet unit that had the Santa Fe logo on the sides painted over with BNSF in big yellow letters, similar to the Dash 9 units that they partially repainted. I didn’t get a clear look at this unit, but that is what I thought I saw. Has anybody else ever seen a BNSF unit like this before?
Im not sure if I have seen any like you describe or not. I know I have seen blue bonnets run through here though.

YES, thank you very much for the replys icmr and kfuztv. That is exactly the picture I was looking for.
I’ve seen that once or twice, there’s 2 ex-BN’s painted similar to that. I think they’re BNSF 2911 and 2931.
Interesting, haven’t seen that combination before.
