IIRC, Canadian distribution is handled by DHL. They are probably bringing them in bulk into their Mississauga facility, packaging them, and sorting them right into mailbags, which they then deliver to the postal plant. If they have already been presorted, it saves a lot of time at the plant. Some bags can go directly to their destination (a post office) for final distribution.
