Question about Santa Fe FAs

Anyone know if Santa Fe ever used their Alco FAs, painted in the warbont schemes, in freight service.[:0]

I’m refering to the shorter FA units not the longer PAs

I would think that the PA’s (passenger locomotives) were painted in warbonnet scheme, and the FA’s (freight locomotives) were painted blue & yellow (blue jacket?) colors? Did they have any FA’s?

I don’t think Santa Fe had any FAs

The AT&SF didn’t have any FAs. They had PAs painted in the red and silver warbonnet. Here’s a link with more information:
