Question about subscription renewal bonus offers

My CTT subscription is coming up for renewal in a few issues.

I’ve received a few email offers from the magazine with a bonus offer of one of the information station downloadable articles, but in each case I already have the information station article that is being offered.

I plan to renew, but it is always nice to get something of value for free. Is there any way to receive a different information station article when I renew?

On a related note, there was an offer card with a code in the latest issue of CTT for a free gift for subscribing. Can that be used for a renewal?

Your best bet is to call CTT and ask.

Thanks, that was kind of in the back of my mind. Calling is a good idea.

I get so used to doing things on the internet, tend to forget about the phone.
