Question about Trainsounds Boxcar

I purchased a “Santa Fe Boxcar with Diesel TrainSounds” to add sound to my LV GP-38. But I have only other cars that are either Pennsy or Lehigh Valley. I was wondering if it is possible to swap the shell of this Trainsound boxcar with another Boxcar that I have?

Why bother? I see west coast boxcars on the east coast all the time… heck when a few of us forumites met in Harrisburg, PA a few years ago we watched a few UP diesels haul a train across The Rockville RR Bridge. No need to swap it out if you don’t need to.
