I designed my N scale layout using cadrail8. Right now the track plan only shows the centerline of the track and I would like to see what it looks like with 2 rails. I know how to change the lines to HO scale track but what about N scale? Is it even possible with this program? If so how is it done? Any help is appreciated.
If you look under Current Layers and Styles there is a Style called DoubleTrack which looks like it converts the center line to a full track. If you use the Change Object Properties command under CAD Edit you can change the style of existing objects.
The only other way I can think of for how to do this is a pain in the neck. There is a function in the program called Offset Object (look under the CAD Edit set of tools for it). You could manually offset the lines using this command. If you grouped the rail segments into a figure(s) that would save a lot of time and actually make this a feasible way to do it.

Thank you very much for the reply. I did what you said and it worked very well, although it will take me a lot of time to convert everything.
