Is there a difference in the size of the MTH Railking Scale locomotives and the MTH Primier locomotives?
Thanks,

I’m 99.75% sure that there’s no difference in size (as they’re both scale), but that the Premier line is just more detailed, e.g. added on details as opposed to molded in. I think that as they acquired better tooling for the Premier line, they continued using their old less-detailed scale-sized tooling, but now put these items in the Railking Scale line. That’s how I understand it anyway.
That seems to be right. In fact I have bought some Railking Cabooses that have outstanding details. Some of the rolling stock might not be. Railking engines come missing a lot the graphics. With a few decals and etc, you can dress them up to be better than Primier.
In my OSU train set The caboose dwarfs a lionel 027 caboose in length and height but I think the Loco is a Rugged rails line product???
Cheif,
There are some people wanting a Florida East Coast SD70M-2?? Maybe k-line by lionel will jump on this and NS in another run maybe.
Well, I have been known to paint and decal to get the road name I want.
