Did the C&O use F Units in the 1940’s and 1950’s to pull passenger trains? If so, was the paint scheme basically the same as that used on E units? Also, is there anywhere on the net where a picture of passenger F units can be looked up?

C & O basically used F units for freight,they did however use FPs for passenger
service;and they were painted in the passenger scheme.(8000-8013,8014,8015)
They were repainted in the “simplified” color scheme in later years.
