how wide should two lane roads be in ho scale? thanks dave

I believe each lane should be 1.5 inches, so a 2 lane road would be 3.5 inches (2 lanes with 1/4 inch shoulders)

I just measured our road outside and it comes at 262(Both Lanes)“, divided by 87, equals about 3.011 . I would do 3” and 1/16".
