How is it that links to some posts have names and cities listed, but others don’t? How does one provide that info to the link.
Could it be made possible to download a whole thread at a time, or at least a big chunk of one with just a click. This would make it much easier and quicker to follow a thread. Sometimes my on line time is very limited and it would be helpful to be able to read offline in spurts as time permits.

Good points, all of them. I have also found this to be an awkward forum to use. The one thing that I DO like though, is the automatic advancement to the top of the list, of responded-to posts. That feature should certainly remain, should Kalmbach give this site a much needed overhaul.

Thanks for the info, i must admit the thread following is a bit irksome, and i for one, would like to see the ability to follow the wholw thing on one click. (see airliners.net for an example)
