Just wondering if someone could help me. I am trying to find the the application for a quiet zone in my city. It is in Hastings, MN and on CP tracks. Just trying to find like the terms and conditions that maybe the city agreed on when they applied for this no whistle zone. and yes I searched, and searched but couldn’t find anything.

Why don’t you ask the city administrator?
FOIL the city. Check with the city clerk for the procedure.
I was thinking that might be my next step. I thought maybe I could find something on the internet. Does a city have to file with the FRA or STB?
It could be accessible from the internet, but finding it might be impossible. I would just pick up the phone and call the city offices. They probably will give you all the details that you are looking for.
