Railings P 120 August MR

On p 120 of the August MR there is a photo of Jim Pendley’s wye. I would like to know how he made the railings around the bridges.
Are they scratch built, off the shelf, or made from what posts?

check the web site for PLASTRUCT, i know they make railings because i got some.

Thanks for your reply. I have looked at these from plastruct but they are not what I want.

I need heavier posts with two top rails of wire, similar to what is in the photo.
