Could you be so kind as to explain to me what kind of rules/standards there are one must to comply with when designing underground railroad systems in Finland/USA/Australia (or at least in some of those countries), specifically for underground mine sites (regulations concerning gauge size, ballast, bearers/sleepers specifications etc). Is there any specific requirements/standards for design/construction of underground track system in contrast to overland railway track? Is there any specific standrts for mine site railroad design/construction? Where can I get or buy those rules? Many thanks in advance!
