I live in Illinois we used to have a death penalty…not a death deterrent but our former Gov. George Ryan, a convicted felon stopped that. He said the state was executing too many minorities…well they were the ones doing the capitol crimes. I do not want to turn this into a political thing but if you do the crime, I don’t care if your white, black,spotted or whatever your should die not lethally injected with drugs but fried in the chair, shot, or hung!!! You don’t like it stay out of my State!!![:(!]
Yea, Good old western justice. More of these dirt bags should be the guest of honor at a rope streching rather then enjoy the hospitality of the state for 20 years.

I agree with giving them appeals and all, but I think that to sit on death row for 20 years is ridiculious! I think 1 appeal should be allowed, if denied, your execution date will be moved within a year after the appeal fails. They say the prison system has no money, and no space, Including the state of Wyoming, however the death row pod of the penitentary, has 20 cels, but only houses the 3 death row inmates. waste of space if you ask me.
