I’m just wondering if RailShop is still in business. I looked at their website this evening and attempted sending an email for a part - I messed up a part in a carbon black hopper kit - and the email address referenced on the instructions bounced back to me. I have several of the carbon black cars and H30 hoppers and I hate to think they have gone the way of so many small manufacturers - I love the carbon black cars.

I could be mistaken, but I believe that the answer is that they are no longer. If I remember correctly, they either sold off, or made their decals available through, another party. Quite possibly that other party could be: http://www.bobthetrainguy.com/railshop/?sort=alphaasc.
You might try to contact them and see if they can give you any information re: part availability or a way to contact the original vendor.
