I’m sure that if you put all of the “people who love trains” into one group, and mention the name “Biden” to them, you’d hear a “shout of praise” from that general direction. Immediately.
But that doesn’t mean it’s unanimous. And even the most promising (oops, double meaning there!) of politicians have been pretty disappointing when it’s come to railroads in general and passenger rail in particular.
Not really definding or advocating anyone here (I’m not a political creature). But sometimes lines are written to be read between. Or not.
