I was wondering if anybody has seen an article in modelrailroader magazine about shortening a Russell snowplow to prototype for CP Rail. I think I was misled by someone who said it was in the November 96 issue but that turned out to be not the case. So I am still looking. I purchased an athearn kit at a swap meet and the seller said that that was his intentions also but couldn’t remember where he saw the instructions to do it. Its and ho scale
