Chooch Enterprises makes Flexible Stone Walls which have an adhesive backed surface that sticks nicely on wood surfaces.
Now I want to re-use these Flexible Stone Walls on a different wood surface. They peel off the original wood surface nicely, but are not sticking well to the new wood surface.
I have thought about using Elmers Rubber Cement or Walthers Goo, but I thought that I would check here first.
Has anyone re-used these Flexible Stone Walls? What type of adhesive did you use?
I would stay away from the double sided foam tape, that stuff always makes a mess when you try to remove it. Why not try some adhesive silicone caulk, it’s good enough to lay track with, it should work fine for this too.
I called Mike, the owner, at Chooch Enterprises yesterday, and he said that they have had good experience with CA adhesive. So, I tried it on a sample with good results. Next, I will use it to re-install the flexible stone walls.
