I wish people Happy Holidays for 2 reasons. First off, I know people of all walks of life. Not all of them are Christians.

Secondly, when I wish people Happy Holidays, what I am really doing is wishing them a happy Hanuka/Christmas/Kawansa/Festivus, etc, AND a Happy New Year.
