Sellers who take my money, ship the train item to my mailbox without ANY communication, ignores emails, ignores update requests etc…
Well. I deal with that ebayer ONE time. Never again. I demand acknowledgement as a customer. Yah sure the item arrives and it’s in good condition etc… but cold silence in a world stuffed with internet capable blingage is outrageous and unacceptable.
Guess I did not make it clear. The $15.00 would only be due if you send the engine back to us. We then would send it back to the company that made it. If we have another one it would be sent or store credit if we could no longer get it.
What I am trying to do is cut down on the time the buyer has to waite for the replacement rather it be from us or the company that made it. If there is no problems there is no extra $15.00 charge.
By the way, it was only a idea and so far no ones seems to like it so it quickly going away.

PS, Hum seems we just got another 400 Athearn rolling stock in today.
Would not asnwer my E-mails about shipping. Engine came in with a bad plug to the engine keept falling out. (Bob at BLI told me how to fix it) At one point the seller told me he was going to report ME to E-bay because I was an Harassing Buyer? Sorry but after paying $320.00 taking time to answer my questions and problems should not be a big deal. I all most did not pay after reading his feedback. I am not the only one that was un happy with the way he ships and answers E-mails. In the long run worked out fine and the Y-6b is my best engine! If you read the listing he states he has 2 of the same Y6’s. Wonder why he sold this one, could it be the fact plug keept falling out?
What I like is when they send you a link to track the shipping progress. I just made a purchase over the weekend and checked it this morning. I know it is on the way and can be on the lookout.
