Received my copy of ,“How to Build Realistic Layouts” today.
There are some excellent articles in this mag. Those of you who are wondering about track side signage, need this book. There is a great article on track side signs and a great article on where to place signals.

My LHS had them in. I admit, I almost choked for the 8 bucks! But, looks like there is quite a bit of useful tips and tricks in it. But, if I can take away a couple of good ideas, money well spent. If all esle fails, some of the pictures are great
I like the ballsting and signage, the rest I’m a little disappointed with.
It is a very helpful resource.
